Responsibilities:
Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
Documentation on residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
Participation in the care planning process.
Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of foods.
QUALIFICATIONS
Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
Licensed (if required by State)
2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors. · Demonstrate ability to meet our core values (Customer Centric, Adaptive to Change, Passionate, Understanding of Others).
