Brianna Montross, RD, LD
Brianna earned her degree in Dietetics from Northwest Missouri State University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University.
In addition to pursuing her Masters Degree, she is currently excelling in her career as a Healthy Food Access Specialist with ISU Extension and Outreach. She is known to be a natural leader in her community and work. One of her notable accomplishments is the development of monthly training and resources for food pantries which she presented about at the ASSNA (Assoc of SNAP Nutrition Education Administrators) national conference recently in Washington D.C. A take-away from her work that Brianna shared in her application letter is that “you cannot judge and help at the same time. No matter what the situation, we must put on the heart of empathy and guide participants as best we can to living their best lives.”
