Includes one 6 foot table and chair. Table coverings are not provided- please bring one to cover your table if desired. Contact the Vendor Coordinator if electricity is needed for your booth-availability is first come first serve. Please come with fully charged laptops so electricity is not needed for this purpose.

Includes verbal and written sponsorship acknowledgements. Your company logo will be included on materials posted prior to and at the event. Event sponsors will also be acknowledged and thanked verbally prior to the meal. Please email your company logo to a Vendor Coordinator by February 28, 2025.
$200.00Folder Marketing Opportunity
Provides companies the opportunity for their handouts/pamphlets to be included in all participant packets. Please mail 120 copies to a Vendor Coordinator no later than March 28, 2025. A mailing address will be provided upon receipt of payment.
