Jody Kealey, Iowa Child Health Specialty Clinics, Nutrition Consultant/Coordinator – Medicaid Reimbursement:  Nutrition reimbursement from Iowa Medicaid and IDA project to identify barriers/resolutions; payment of nutrition services through Iowa’s Title V program (CHSC)

Sister Ladonna Woerdeman, MS, RD/LD, CDE – Medicare billing in your professional life, information from ADA’s Coding and Coverage   committee

Pam Michaels, Director ADA Nutrition Services Coverage – ADA’s role in providing support for grassroots policy efforts; the impact of federal mandates on states i.e. Medicaid; review of reimbursement efforts in other states

Lunch provided in Capitol cafeteria – small groups to continue conversation about visits to Legislators

1:30-3:30           Meet with representatives (will be scheduled previous to visit)

3:30-4:00           Reconvene at Jesse Parker Building and wrap-up
